    " الدكتوره رولى الهلسه أستاذ مساعد في كلية الأعمال/ قسم ادارة الأعمال. حصلت على شهادة MBA من جامعة مؤته ، وشهادة الدكتوراه في بحوث العمليات والهندسة المالية من جامعة University Malaysia Perlis Unimap في عام 2018.
    شاركت في المؤتمرين الدوليين الأول والثالث لكلية الأعمال بأوراق علمية تناولت استراتيجيات التحوط المالي في سوق عمان المالي، كما شاركت في تنظيم المؤتمر الرابع لكلية الاعمال 2017. نشرت العديد من الاوراق العلمية التي تتناول دراسة اختيار المحافظ المالية المثلى الدينامية باستخدام أكثر من طريقة كما تناولت في أبحاثها   التتميز في الأداء الوظيفي،  بالإضافة الى اهتمامها بالمسؤولية المجتمعية في المنظمات، دور المرأة في الإبداع والتمييز الوظيفي، والبيئة والمنظمات الخضراء.      ."
